A: Yes, they are weather-proof or weather resistant and can get wet with a mild detergent.
Q: My personalized magnet is not sticking properly on my car door, please help?
A: Of course we can! Before applying your magnet, ensure that there s no dirt present on the surface of the car, as well as the magnet. If you re still having trouble, please don t hesitate to contact us and we can help look into it with you!
Q: Is there a minimum order for custom magnets, can I order just 1 magnet?
A: There is no manufacturer minimum order quantity for magnets! You can order as little or as many as you need. If you don t see the quantity you re trying for still, contact support@stickeryou.com and a member of our team will help you with your request.
Q: I have a specific cut line I m looking for the shape of my magnet, can I create this?
A: Yes you can! With a PDF file, you can create the cut line you re looking for in a program like Illustrator or similar. When you upload the file to our editor, it will register that you have a cut line in there and it will ask you if you want to use the line you made. Want help creating it?. Contact support@stickeryou.com and a member of our team can help you with your order.
Q: Are custom magnets writable?
A: Yes they are! We would recommend using a permanent marker as regular pens don t work as well for writing on magnets.
