The actual product itself was wonderful great quality. It was the shopping I had issues with. I was supposed to receive them Nov 30, and they didn’t show until Dec 6th.

Fast and affordable

I had a problem uploading my PDF's. A customer service rep helped adjust the size. Thank you. The only issue I want to mention is I order for a company. I work Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 EST. The email for the sizing came on Saturday. Thankfully, I saw it and was able to respond. They were going to print if they didn't hear back by 2 PM. I won't order on Friday anymore to avoid getting $510 of unusable labels!

I needed three different types of labels for equipment marking and the permanent paper labels worked perfectly.

We love our waterproof decals! I accidentally "tested" one when my water bottle got stuck in the bottom of my kayak (which had a fair amount of water in it from an earlier trip). The water bottle (and decal) were submerged in brown river water for 3-4 hours in a hot car, and the decal looked brand new (and still very white) when I finally retrieved my water bottle. I was very impressed!

We ordered the die-cut custom sticker roll. It was super easy to upload our image and choose the options we wanted. Shipping time seemed reasonable. When our order arrived, the colors were vibrant and glossy, and frankly, looked better than we expected. Stickers have stuck reliably to everything on which we have put them, including a teenager's phone case that gets handled more than a stairway banister. Very pleased with the product and feel it was worth the $$.

So far i have purchased sticker rolls with 5 different logos, car magnets, as well as some small fridge magnets. All of the products have been great. The sticker rolls are convenient when handing out tons at a time, and seem like they might be decently waterproof, despite that not being listed on their description. When we ordered the small fridge magnets (they are 1.83" x 0.75") customer service reached out with concerns about our logo, which has some smaller text, being too small. However, the text they were concerned about turned out well. We definitely plan to order stickers and likely more magnets. The online system is much easier to use than some of the other options, so that is a HUGE bonus.

Very pleased with my first purchase and it will not be my last. Was exactly what I ordered, fast and arrived sooner than expected.

I love getting my labels made through this company. The quality of the labels are great. The turnaround time is fast and the service is amazing. The site is easy to navigate and it’s a much simpler way to produce my labels. This particular time, the font was smaller than normal. I was told before the font was too small so I resubmitted a new file with a new font. When I selected the reorder option, I assumed it would be the exact same as before and that the file had been updated but it was not unfortunately. Besides the small print, the labels are great.

These stickers are so pretty. They're cut exactly as I wanted, are think, and perfect to add a lil sweetness to a bumper.
