Q: How do I prepare my design files for holographic sticker printing?
A: When preparing your files for printing a custom holographic sticker, make sure that your sticker design has transparent areas. Transparent areas are where the holographic material will shine through. You must use a file format that supports transparencies like a PNG. Note that JPGs and GIFs do not support transparencies. If you have a different format or vectorized files (such as EPSs, SVG and AIs), contact our team for help.
Q: Is it possible to print white on holographic stickers?
A: We do not use white ink on our custom holographic stickers. White areas on your artwork will have a holographic effect, while darker colors tend to block out the rainbow effect that shows up when the light hits the holographic stickers. If you want to create a design printed with white ink on your custom holographic stickers, contact us.
Q: Will these stickers damage a surface if I try to remove them?
A: No! Our holographic stickers are now made with removable adhesive. This means they should easily be removed from almost all hard surfaces with no messy residue left behind. Don't worry - they're still plenty sticky and will stay put until you're ready to remove them.
Q: Are these holographic die-cut stickers water, microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe?
A: These eye-catching stickers are water-resistant, dishwasher and freezer-safe, however they are not safe for use in the microwave. They are not recommended for use on fabrics and other similar materials and, as such, should not be put through a washer/dryer.
Q: What’s the smallest sticker size I can order?
A: The smallest size you can now create and order in our editor is 0.75”x0.75”. If you’re looking for a custom size or something smaller, contact support@stickeryou.com and we can look into it with you..
Q: I want to order multiple products with the same artwork. Can I do this with a holographic sticker and with other products?
A: Yes you can! Once your first sticker is in your cart, click the "duplicate" button. You will then be brought back to the Sticker Editor, where you can adjust the quantity and add as many products with the same artwork as you need.

Great
We ordered a roll of stickers that were awesome, and some holographic stickers that ended up with an error. Customer service was helpful and provided a store credit for these. I had requested a minor edit in the comments section, and was assured by customer service that the changes had been made as requested. When the stickers arrived, the change had not been made. I learned that 1) you need to specially request and pay for a proof if you want to see the stickers before printing and 2) you can't print white ink on holographic stickers unless you go through a special process and work with a specific team at the company. I am not sure if either of these things were written on the website, I honestly didn't read too deeply, assuming the process would be the same as with other sticker companies I'd used in the past. Customer service apologized and provided a store credit refund for the product.

I was so excited to receive my package from StickerYou! The stickers came out wonderfully. I ordered one design that was a black ink drawing on holographic stickers. The drawing was crisp, and the holographic effect is really eye-catching. I also ordered stickers using a print of a very detailed colored-pencil drawing. The colors came out great, very true to the original, and the die cuts were perfect. I had a question about shipping, and an actual person responded to me right away.
