I orders 3 stickers for my car to replace a worn out sticker I had as it's 20 years old. The sticker was made and shipped within 24 hours which was very impressive to me. When I received the sticker I realized that either I didn't set it up correctly or it wasn't printed right. I wanted it to be a square and it came diecut. I contacted customer service and this is where I was really impressed! Not only did they answer my email within a few hours, the offered to replace the stickers for me free of charge! The customer service was too notch and my order was confirmed and shipped next day! I was all companies had service like this! Will definitely order again when I need new stickers!
I have ordered several stickers/decals for my car over the last year or so and I have been satisfied with every single one, including my most recent ones. StickerYou even made corrections on a set that I forgot to mention details for, but had already gave instructions for on a different set that was part of the same order. They have also been diligent in contacting me regarding possible problems with previous orders I've placed via email. While my decals arrived looking fantastic, unfortunately, I made an oversight and will have to re-order them with slightly different details; this was totally on me and not a fault of StickerYou. It's just as well, because I intended to order another design anyway and will just include it with my re-order of the previous designs. I look forward to doing more business with this vendor.
