Q: How do I design and order custom patches online?
A: You can upload existing artwork or create a new design from scratch using our online editor. Simply pick your patch style, choose your dimensions, select a backing, and set your quantity. Once submitted, our team will have your patches delivered straight to your door.
Q: Do you have minimum order quantities?
A: No, we have no minimum order quantities! You can order a single custom patch to test out a design or purchase in bulk for larger projects. Bulk discounts are automatically applied as your order quantity increases.
Q: What styles of custom patches do you offer?
A: We currently offer two distinct styles: traditional textured Embroidered Patches for classic dimension and thread detail, and Printed Patches for vibrant, photo-realistic artwork and intricate graphics.
Q: What shapes and sizes can I order?
A: Printed Patches come in standard shapes (including circle, oval, square, and rectangle) with sizes ranging from 1.25" up to 7". You can also pick a die cut custom shape for Embroidered Patches. You can specify exact dimensions down to 0.05". Note that square and rectangular options feature rounded corners for a clean finish.
Q: Will my patch match my digital artwork exactly?
A: Because artwork is translated onto physical fabric and thread, slight shifts in color vibrancy or texture can happen compared to a bright digital screen. Printed Patches offer the closest match to photo graphics and fine details, while Embroidered Patches add tangible physical texture.
Q: How do I apply custom patches without sewing?
A: We offer heat-seal iron-on backings and sew-on patches.
